Through the website, you can navigate until you find the desired item. Once you have found it you will be able to look up all the product information by clicking on it. You can also add the item to your shopping basket.
If you already have an #instint account, log in to purchase your order. If this is the first time you have placed an order with us, you have two options. Create an account to manage your order and access your account profile or buy as a guest.
Once accepted the terms and conditions you could proceed to confirm and process your order.
All of our items are subject to availability of stock. We accept no responsibility for the lack of availability or if an item is out of stock.
If once an order is made and the product is not available, you will be informed as soon as possible via email or telephone and this order will be cancelled.

In ordering via our website (www.tpinstint.com), you hereby accept all these legal conditions, the rest of the explicit conditions and the legal advice of this website.
a) Payment methods
Any order placed should be paid immediately after its confirmation. We will only process orders once payment is complete and verified.
Payment shall be made by a credit/debit card or PayPal.
Deliveries will be made by a logistics operator to the address you highlight in the order form within the normal working hours. If nobody is found at the premises by the logistics operator, they will leave a note and customer services will contact you in order to make delivery possible.
Delivery costs are free for the customer when they purchase 2 pairs or more. If it is less than that, the customer shall pay the delivery costs.
If, upon delivery, the product is damaged, you must open the package in the presence of the carrier to verify the conditions of the items. If signs of damage are found, you must detail them on the delivery form and contact the customer service. We will repair or replace at no charge damaged or lost items during transport, provided you notify this incident as soon as possible. Please note that orders are weighed for delivery before transport.
Once you receive the product, it shall enter into your property, and therefore, you will be responsible for any damage caused to the product from that moment.
Delivery time Peninsula is 24h / 48h.
Delivery time to the rest of Europe will be between 2-5 days *. (* ANTONI PONS S.A is not responsible for any delays in shipping).
c) Return, exchange or refund Policy
We remind you that the deadline for returns is 15 days from the date when the order was placed and that is printed on the purchase receipt.
Damage caused for the use or the climate won’t be accepted as faulty.
Items shall be returned in the original packaging delivered by the logistics operator.
Once we have received the returned item, we will verify that it physically corresponds to the return delivery note and also that it is received in good conditions, complete, in its original packaging and that it has not been used. If the examination is satisfactory we will credit the refund for the goods back to the payment card that you used to pay for the goods no later than 1 month from the date that we receive the returned Goods.
Otherwise, we will contact you to send you the product again (delivery transport costs of this additional shipment shall be borne by you).
When the reason for the return is that the product is faulty, you can contact our Customer Service Department (email us at email@example.com call +34 972 24 41 57 .
Once we have checked that in fact it is a damage, we will contact you to inform you about the two possible options: desist from the order (then we refund all the money you have paid to the same credit card you used to make the purchase plus transport costs) or decide that we replace the product (then we deliver another product in good conditions absolutely free of charge and refund you the returning transport costs).
Warranty and information about products
Featured products in our website are a carefully selected assortment of our collection. We have taken great care to accurately show the colors and characteristics of our products. Since every computer monitor is calibrated differently, we cannot guarantee that you will precisely appreciate every color.
We are working to offer our clients the most accurate and reliable information listed on the website (names, qualities of the products, photos, etc…), but we are not responsible for potential errors that might exist.
Images and descriptions are shown for information only. In this respect, we can correct any error or omission on the website and shall not be held responsible for the consequences of such corrections.
